Purpose

Failure cause of authority-instance link update is not being recorded in related Authority Data Stat record

Approach

Extract failure cause from the payload of authority-instance link update report event and store it in related authority data stat record

Changes Checklist

  • NEWS: Confirm that the NEWS file is updated with relevant information about the changes made in this pull request.
