This converts the project into a poetry project.

Advantages of this are:

managed dbus dependency (using a lock file and version specification in pyproject.toml)
be able to upload/install to/from pypi (using poetry publish, please do this!)
use python compatible filename (.py extension, no minus signs in filename, this allows adding tests etc.)
