Apologies @jeffdeville: it's not obvious whether anyone here will have a chance to go through this PR in the immediate future. I'm going to adjust the README to reflect that, for the moment, this provider is not maintained. |

I took @DAlperin's fork, and just didn't use the flyctl/api part that he is hoping to add. I just wanted to get volumes working again. No idea just what state that means this code is in, but it unblocked me, so I figured I'd offer it in case anyone can use it.
