Dash/Plotly/Python application to interactively visualize national and personal carbon budgets, based on the idea and dataset from Stefan Rahmstorf. The original dataset is extended with EDGAR historical emissions data from JRC and World Bank Population data. The application visualizes historical national emissions for all countries in the world and calculates national and personal carbon budgets based on a given total global carbon budget. This could be further extended with different types of carbon budget calculation.
