In order to use this project you must have enable visual studio to download nuget packages for you. Go to tools -> options -> package manager and check "Allow NuGet to download missing packages" as well as "Automatically check fo rmissing packages during build in Visual Studio".

This project targets .NET framework 4.5 and works with current versions of mono.
