Converter improvements and bugfixes

Bugfix:

• Entities flagged passable were not passable

Features:

• Convert all bitmaps (including .pcx) to .bmp
• split all altlas maps to single bitmaps

.wm3 format unaffected.

WM3 Debug Feature

This release includes a small easy to use debug feature for loaded WM3 maps.
It allows to touch all level parts with mouse and get an element index in order to directly access and modify the object by script.

Other bugfixes were made in order to realize this feature.
