I've confirmed that the data connect emulator v1.1.19 works on macOS x86_64 and linux_x86_64. Checking Windows now. |

Windows testing will take some time as I have to wait for some unspecified amount of time to run arbitrary binaries on my windows computer. |

I finally got a Windows VM set up in Google Compute Engine and was able to CONFIRM that the windows data connect emulator WORKS perfectly, as far as I can tell. |
