Added basic logging Removed static status code errors and pass through error object
Added /catalog/banks, /catalog/services, /catalog/banks/<country_code> (not working)
`/rest/catalog/de` is currently unavailable, hence, the proper must be disabled for time being.

1 test is failing but I think that might be related to #30
get_supported_payment_services without a service parameter is returning 404
