The rhel/prepare-system fails if the first baseurl in the repo file doesn't contain latest-* which it tries to replace with the compose id. https://github.com/fedora-ci/mini-tps/blob/main/profiles/rhel/prepare-system#L33
and exit with 1 if none is installed
