Matplotlib style suggestions

This is meant as a place to concentrate brainstorming suggestions on how to deal with styling matplotlib via rcParams

Current implementations

Simple solution: drop mpltools into matplotlib, since it already implements style sheets!

• Database of user-contributed styles to import
