How to open work profile apps from T-UI ?

OS is android 12, it has a work profile feature to separate my intrusive social media apps from my main files like gallery and folders, but they are not accessible through the launcher command line. all i tried was type the apps' names and they don't launch.
i was wondering if there's a special command before launching an app or if the feature doesn't exist at all
if so, is there a chance for it to be patched any time soon?

I am on Android 16.
When I use the command whoami it gives u0_a123 kind of something. Is there any way to change my current user to access my work profile?
