This version features many improvements to both schema and framework, including:
Schema additions:
- Added a unit of measurement to various schema elements
- Created a placeholder schema for PALGA protocol for Molecular testing
- Added ROR data that may be used as an alternative to Institutes lookup
- Started mapping Investigation to linkedISA using SKOS terms
- Added new element to report analyses other than genomics
Schema updates:
- Reworked recontacting options for Allow recontacting in Individual consent
- Updated IRIs for storage conditions to alternative location for resolvability
- Fixed the IRIs to ATC drug codes to be resolvable
- Extensive rework of sex and gender information, including new elements and lookups
- Changed Average read depth to Median read depth
- Consent form creator now uses DC:creator as predicate
Framework additions:
- Ability to add SKOS matching terms to the schema to expand ontology mappings
- Support for schema extensions that are parellel to the main schema
- Prototype tools to compare and intersect schemas to check interoperability
- Ability to add units of measurement to schema elements
- Added helper tool to check the resolvability of IRIs in the schema
- Added documentation for the YAML format used to express the schema
- Ability to define relationships between schema modules
- Renamed resources from RDF to XML to fix MIME type issues
