This PR adds tahansb800bc specific information to the bsp_tests.json configuration file.
Motivation
Per OSS new‑platform onboarding requirements, a comprehensive BSP test suite for FBOSS must be designed and verified. This PR adds tahansb800bc additional information to bsp_tests.json to complete the BSP onboarding tests.
Test Plan
compiled bsp_tests and platform_services successfully
run bsp_tests(with the patch of PR#614, PR#658 and PR#674 on tahansb800bc platform, all cases passed as expected
