Describe the bug
Blueprint type cannot be changed once set from the dropdown

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Homepage
  2. Click on Create Blueprint
  3. Use a dummy name
  4. Set Blueprint Type to Public
  5. Attempt to change it back to Private

Expected behavior
After clicking again on Private, the type should be selected as Private.
