  Fixed too much empty field in case when each of HTML tags is in separate line. This provide empty lines beside those readed from TD and TH tags. Fixed by few more sed commands: 1. replace all '|' with space to only '|', 2. leave only one '|' between rows (TR), 3. remove spaces after '>', 4. change '
  ' to '*' for linebreak mark, 5. remove ALL html tags.
