Multiple True/False Question type - SEPARATED from qtype_scmc

General Information Introduction

SC/MC shall be split into Multiple True/False and Single Choice because they are different question types with different needs of configuration possibilities. Furthermore, it is easier for the user to understand and use the respective question-types properly when they are split.
