Description:

This PR includes a few small updates across the repository:

• Content Updates:
  • The URLs for "Visa Tokenized Asset Platform" and "QuarkID" have been corrected in the enterprise use cases document.
• i18n:
  • A typo was fixed in the Japanese translation for the design and UX heuristics page (.../ja/.../heuristics-for-web3/index.md).
• Chore:
  • A minor comment was updated in the ReleaseCarousel.tsx component.
