jQuery ListNav 3.0.0

Working with latest jQuery. Decided to cut off support for jQuery 1&2 with this release. This requires jQuery 3.x or higher.

If you are still running jQuery 1-2, use a 2.x version of jQuery ListNav.

Added an option to initialize ListNav hidden, prompting a user to click on a letter to show the content.
