Util to install 3rd party libraries to local repository. It bases on the maven-install-plugin. Usage is the same as described in Guide to installing 3rd party JARs.
Download the jar will all dependencies included here. The window jar launcher seems not to be working. Instead, please use "java -jar maven-install-ui-0.0.1-with-dependencies.jar".
