Depends on PR #1091

  • Updates the recent session/snapshot lists elements to show more info
    • Shows owner avatar and name for sessions
    • Adds tooltips to the session/snapshot cards
  • Makes the startpage use a grid layout
  • Adds a user_info endpoint towards the microsoft graph service
  • Promoted the ensemble select's private userAvatar comp to an internal framework component
    • Tweaked how sizing is computed across the different state to avoid popping
