We build the project on PR to ensure we only merge changes that result in a successful build, however we don't need to waste GitHub storage space by uploading all build artifacts - uploaded build artifacts created during release is enough.

Build workflow currently fails because it references the currently unreleased ops-actions v9.28.0. Wait until that version has been released, then trigger a new build workflow run for this PR. |
