Reagents are repositioned above the reaction arrow after saving and loading RXN V2000/V3000 files

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add two Benzene rings and reaction arrow between them
2. Add any molecules of reagents above and below reaction arrow (see screenshots)
3. Save to RXN V2000/V3000
4. Open saved files

Actual behavior
Upon reloading, all reagents are repositioned above the reaction arrow, ignoring the original layout. This results in a changed visual representation and can lead to confusion about the reaction setup.

Expected behavior
The reagents should retain their original positions relative to the reaction arrow, as set before saving, preserving the spatial layout and proximity to the arrow.
