Staking has moved from the custodian contract to the token contract.
Added Lamington tests for all token and custodian contract actions.
Clang formatting on all contracts.
Work in progress on dacproposals and escrow contracts, not yet deployed to mainnet.
New Feature: proxy voting for custodian at the contract level (still to be tested and added to the UI layer)
Added paycpu to daccustodian method.

Release v2.0.0

This release covers all breaking changes up to this point, including scope migrations and adjustments to integrate with the DAC Directory contract, weight notifications for custodian voting, a stake function for the token contract (not currently active for eosDAC), and assigning a genesis custodian upon creation of the DAC.
