Closes #5707 The policy isn't crystal clear as it mixes relative dates (3 releases forward) with absolute intervals (1 year). I've filed hashicorp/vault#28135 as a result.

The policy isn't crystal clear as it mixes relative dates (3 releases forward) with absolute intervals (1 year). I've filed hashicorp/vault#28135 as a result.
Note that EOES for 1.16 is approximated, since I think that would be more helpful given that the upstream page refers to the date as Q1-2026, and all Q1 releases have happened around mid-march in the past.
