The PDF outline (bookmark) sidebar now tracks the current reading page lively.
As you scroll the document, the outline entry for the current section is highlighted, its collapsed ancestors auto-expand, and the panel scrolls that entry into view when it's off-screen.
Previously the outline was a static tree — clicking jumped to a page, but nothing mapped the current page back to an entry.
