"Restart and Install Updates" Button from System Settings Menu #390
Description
Problem
Quality of life improvement: to be able to restart and install updates from the system settings menu where you can check for and install updates already.
Added bonus: from other desktop environments, there is no way to trigger system updates to happen on restart without logging out and rebooting from the login screen. Please see here for discussion:

Proposal
Add a button to the system settings menu to restart and install updates when contextually appropriate. Thank you!
