Summary
The list of features and enhancements in the Cloud Serverless release notes is very long.
Now that we're generating that information from changelogs (which support a
highlightindicator), we can easily add a page that lists only those highlights.Some other product release pages already show this type of content (e.g. https://www.elastic.co/docs/release-notes/elasticsearch#elasticsearch-9.4.0-highlights) so I don't think it's setting a new problematic precedent.
