Summary

Documents the new time-range filter for historical replay, added in Kibana elastic/kibana#266706 (9.5). Previously, the Run again / Run step again replay flow (selecting a past execution to reuse as input for a new run or step test) wasn't documented anywhere in docs-content, so the new filter had nowhere to live either.

Adds a new section, "Filter historical executions by time range," to the Monitor workflow execution page:

  • Explains what Run again and Run step again do
  • Documents the time-range filter next to the execution picker, defaulting to the last week through now
  • Documents the anchor behavior when replay is opened from a specific execution (the range end is set to that run's start time)
  • Documents what happens if you narrow the range so the selected execution falls out of it (the selection is cleared)

Fixes #7350.
