feat: remove cloudtesting.WithLogger

This was not a good idea - it doesn't add enough value to motivate it
being its own function. Use cloudzap.WithLogger in combination with
zaptest.NewLogger instead.

BREAKING CHANGE: cloudtesting.WithLogger is removed
