This is release 20151229 (v2.0.1) of GET_HOMOLOGUES, which runs faster, requires significantly less RAM. This release provides the most up-to-date get_homologues.pl version with several fixes. In addition, this release for the first time includes get_homologues-est.pl, a BLASTN-based script that supports analyses of eukaryotic DNA sequence sets, including both transcriptomes and annotated genomes, which has been and still is being tested with plant data.
