1 - I updated the "sample" project dependencies to fix the issue I was getting when trying to build:
Module '"buffer"' has no exported member 'Blob'.2 - I added the drop command to clean the database.
3 - Fixed the refresh command bug where drop and seed were running in parallel and sometimes drop was called later.
