Ability to get DELTA from an given folder

It is a new feature to give the ability to user run cloudbitsgo using src that was already migrated but having new files created after migration.
Use case is migration is complete and new files are created at the SRC or local disk.

User wants to know:

• how many new files were created?
• how many disk storage the new files are consuming?

and using cloudbitsgo to find only those new files and migrate them to the remote, shared, network drive or specific destination.

Automated?
If cloudbitsgo is running as a cron job or Jenkins job triggered by time (every 3 minutes) cloudbitsgo can automatically discover and migrate the new files to desired destination.
