First package update

This is the first package update, upgrading from v0.1.0 to v0.2.0. This release contains data from 2000-2014. See the NEWS file for more details.

Initial test release

v0.1.0 of the LEMIS data contains data from 2000-2013. This is as used in previous EcoHealth Alliance work with the exception that & in importer and exporter names has been replaced with &, and some column names have been shortened.
