DO NOT SQUASH ON MERGE

  • Build Angular packages against v19 instead of v18
  • Drop Angular v18 from allowed peer dependencies
  • Add note on this to migration guide
  • Reduce linter violation for non-standalone components to warn
    because we still use them for all Angular renderers
  • Allow Angular v21 RC as peer dependency

Tested this by installing this into Angular Seed using latest stable release (Angular 20)

Small other changes:

  • Align typescript version of vue-vuetify with other packages
  • Remove root level angular dev dependencies

- Build Angular packages against v19 instead of v18
- Drop Angular v18 from allowed peer dependencies
- Add note on this to migration guide
- Reduce linter violation for non-standalone components to warn
  because we still use them for all Angular renderers
