All icons for which an svg was found in Eclipse TLP are replaced accordingly. Disabled image is no longer kept as separate icon but let swt create it on the fly.

Marked as draft so we can decide what to do with the remaining gif icons. It is handled gracefully now but there will still be some pixelated icons on hidpi screens. |
