Using the static shell distribution of GF Embedded in GlassFish Server. Created autodeploy directory for GF Embedded for convenience. Documentation for GF Embedded.

Adds support for
runembeddedcommand, which will start GlassFish in the static shell mode (supported since GF 7.0.18), equivalent to GlassFish Embedded distributions.
