- Updated the Depot runner info in the docs and actions so its clearer to users
- Pin stats jobs to depot-ubuntu-24.04 and run browser benchmarks on host Chrome for closer-to-runner measurements; the tradeoff is that Chrome is not pinned like the Playwright container, so we record the Chrome version for auditability.
