20190717 Release V1.00

This is the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Release 1.00. This was internally tested without over-engineering the first release to get user and developer feedback for our push to V2.00 features which are being decided in the project from the internal Marketing Requirements Document (MRD) and alpha users, which will mostly be test cases and supporting other platforms and devices to march towards our goal of parity on each.
