Bug fixes and improvements

Fix an issue where multiple builds on one commit would give incorrect status.

Get env name and graphql endpoint

This release gets the environment name and graphql endpoint and publishes them to the outputs.

Uses newer version Alpine and switches to AWS CLI v2.

Fixes a fail that would sometimes occur when a newline was appended to the build status.
