feat:add Burmese /myanmar (my) language support

This PR adds full Burmese (my) language support to DrawDB, delivering a complete and natural translation for Burmese-speaking users.
All strings have been translated following DrawDB’s established i18n structure and match the completeness of other supported languages.

What’s Included

1. New Language Support
   Added my.js
   Added Burmese language entry in i18n.js

2. Translation Quality & Structure

All interpolation placeholders preserved
e.g., {{tableName}}, {{fieldName}}, {{typeName}}, {{refName}}, etc.

File structure exactly mirrors the English source

Consistent terminology across:
Core menus & actions
Tables, fields, relationships
Notes, subject areas
Validation messages
Export/import views

3. UI Integration
   Burmese appears correctly in Language Selector
   Switching to Burmese loads all strings properly

Testing

Verified that all keys and placeholders match the English structure
Checked that UI elements render cleanly in Burmese
Build runs successfully without warnings
Confirmed diagram editing/navigation functionality works normally
