This has been a final release for ~2 years, I personally won't continually update this project as I feel like I got all the coloring correct, but if the nord theme changes or there are more official ports to base this port off of, I will update the coloring.

Dark New Tab Page

In an effort to align more with the official Nord Themes (Nord Theme for VS Code) and a personal preference for darker colors, I have updated the new tab page to be a dark color instead of the previous light color.

Updated Border Colors

This release is similar to v2.35, however there have been updated border colors for the pop-ups and toolbar. They more closely reflect the color order of the standard Firefox Dark Theme, but with Nord Theme colors instead.

As always, please install this theme through the official Mozilla Addons Site rather than here!

Updated for new Firefox Proton Design

This Nord Theme has been updated for the new Firefox Proton design that released on June 1. As a result, things may not look as aesthetically pleasing if you are still on the old (Photon) design.

You can either choose to use the new Proton design and use this new version of the theme, or continue to use the old Photon design and do not update this theme.

Revert colors and transparency

I do not like the opaqueness, so I am adding transparency once again. Sorry for the changes.

Update Colors

Having the address bar background color and the active tab color be the same (nord1) does not look that good, reverting address bar color to nord2 but keeping opacity.

Version 2.27

My goal is to conform to the Nord VSCode Extension colors, so I am getting rid of any transparency, and switching the address bar and current tab colors. This fits the colors of the active editor tab and command palette background in VSCode.

The only change made between the previous version is this is that the opacity of the address bar was increased from 0.8 to 0.9. If you are looking to use this on your own version of firefox, please install this from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/nord-firefox/ instead of downloading the source code below.

First Release!

Thank you for checking out the first release of my unofficial port of the Nord Theme for Mozilla Firefox. I have pretty much settled on the colors for now. The colors are all colors found in the Nord Color Palette, and the order of colors from frame to toolbar to toolbar_field resemble the order of colors of standard Firefox themes. There definitely will be changes in the future.

If you are looking to use this in your own installation of Mozilla Firefox, please do not use the files below and instead install the theme from AMO.
