This PR reverts a previous pipeline configuration change to help debug HVF (Hypervisor Framework) nested virtualization issues on macOS. The change switches the mac_runandroid_tests pool for PR builds back from a hardcoded Sequoia-based pool to the standard MacOSPool.public parameter, which resolves to the Tahoe pool (ACES_VM_SharedPool_Tahoe).
Changes:
- Reverts RunOnAndroid PR build pool from hardcoded AcesShared/Sequoia to parametrized MacOSPool.public (Tahoe)

Reverts the Sequoia image override for RunOnAndroid PR builds back to the default Tahoe pool (MacOSPool.public → ACES_VM_SharedPool_Tahoe) so we can continue debugging the HVF nested virtualization issue.
This is expected to fail — the purpose is to reproduce the HVF_UNSUPPORTED error on Tahoe and investigate further.
