Summary

Thanks for the feedback.

The intent of this PR is not promotional. Its purpose is to keep the dotnet branch in sync with main by bringing in the existing .NET desktop CI workflow, ensuring branch parity and avoiding future drift.

There are no functional or content changes introduced. This is purely a maintenance-oriented sync to keep CI configuration consistent across branches.

If this synchronization is not needed or preferred at this time, I’m happy to close or adjust the PR accordingly.
