I'm not sure the current list is "cluttered", it just doesn't separate free/OSS from commercial providers... Any particular reason you think this should be done?

Personal preference I suppose. There are currently 38 providers in the table and no way to sort or filter. The paid providers are just under half of that total (18), so it seems a convenient way to break up the list. If I had to guess I would say the vast majority of visitors to this page won't be looking to use paid providers.

If we decide to merge, I think the "Open Source" and "Commercial" headings need change. These two are not mutually exclusive.
