This PR integrates
typescript-operationsintoclient-presetand baselines integration tests to avoid using bothtypescriptandtypescript-operationstogetherRelated issue: #10479

IMPORTANT: I'm merging this with integration test errors into the feature branch, so we can work towards clearing those tests after
