version 0.2

Changes since the 0.1 release:

• Support for more keyboards
• Removed the --ajazzak33 option, replacing it with the --control option
• Using an option with keyboards like the Ajazz AK33 is no longer required, the correct settings should be detected automatically, if not use the --control option
• More options for remapping the keys
• Cleaned up the code, disabled all macro related code (macros were never working)

First release

• All led related settings are implemented and should work (some are broken for the Ajazz AK33).
• Profiles work
• Changing the USB poll rate works
• Remapping the Keys works on some boards (read the supported keyboards section in README.md)
• Macros do not work

There probably won't be any major changes to the implemented features unless someone provides captured USB data.
