default-stop-timeoutso you can change the 10s/30s fallback when a container has no--stop-timeout. it was only in the release notes.put the flag next to the other defaults, a short section (including that 0 means SIGKILL now, and that this isn't
shutdown-timeout), plus the daemon.json keys and the SIGHUP reload row.
