When running npm test the error below occurs adding the leaks flag prevents this issue.

The following leaks were detected:BigUint64Array, BigInt64Array, BigInt, URL, URLSearchParams, TextEncoder, TextDecoder, queueMicrotask

adds arguments to lab CLI call to prevent leak detection. https://www.npmjs.com/package/lab/v/14.3.2
