v.0.0.1-gray (alpha) "Hello World"

Initial release of Librarian, Alexandria's daemon manager. The combined collective of Librarian instances running on users computers around the world serve as the "back end" of the Decentralized Library of Alexandria. Currently installs and manages the following daemons: IPFS, Florincoind* and Libraryd. Also features a localhost-accessible HTTP API to allow Alexandria browser and 3rd party applications to communicate with Librarian's daemons.

*Note: On Mac OSX the florincoind daemon is resisting being successfully built, so in its place the Florincoin-QT GUI client is used.
