pbench-agent v0.36

All util scripts and bench scripts in the PATH have been renamed: their names have a "pbench-" prefix.

Major changes:

• Stdout and stderr of tools is captured.
• fio-postprocess: fix latency calculation.
• perf sampling frequency reduced to 100Hz to avoid segfaults.
